WORK READINESS TRAINING

INTRODUCTION:

The  Work Readiness Training will assist students in defining and promoting  their own personal traits and skills in the workplace. The training will  give insight on how to use their time constructively in seeking  employment. Information on identifying preparations needed to begin  seeking employment and training options. 

MODULE 1: SELF- ESTEEM

TOPIC: POSITIVE SELF ESTEEM 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
 The students will:
Learn to have confidence and satisfaction in oneself.
Be able to manage the negative thoughts of other towards them.
Be able to raise their self-esteem
